Please submit your registration using the form below by May 13, 2007. Registrations after that date will be accepted on a space available basis, although some conference materials may be limited. The registration fees are outlined in the table below and include all conference materials as well as lunch and refreshment breaks.

After your registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation that will provide instructions for mailing in your payment. In order to keep conference costs low, payments must be made by check or money order rather than credit card. University FRS deparmental transfers will also be accepted.
