Nathan Hale Inn
The Nathan Hale Inn and Conference Center offers visitors a convenient upscale full-service alternative to hotels in Hartford. Set in the heart of campus, the Nathan Hale Inn is the perfect destination for conferees, alumni, sports enthusiasts, parents and potential students.
One hundred premium guestrooms at the Nathan Hale Inn & Conference Center provide a convenient base of operations for groups, business travelers or families visiting the University of Connecticut’s scenic main campus in Storrs. A full array of services includes high speed internet access, two restaurants with lounge, heated indoor pool and spa, and fitness center. UConn cultural and sports events are only steps away.

Premium Residence Halls
Garrigus Suites,
South Campus,
Busby Suites
During the late spring and summer months, air conditioned residential accommodations are available. The campus offers several options ranging from one bedroom with private bath to quad style suites with shared common space. All offer the benefit of proximity to your on campus events. Housing staff is available 24 hours a day for general information and assistance and all rooms include linen service, local telephone service and Ethernet connections.
South Campus
This complex can accommodate up to 675 guests. Each building has its own laundry facility and lounge space available. High technology seminar space is also available in South Campus to accommodate groups consisting of 25 to 40 participants. This complex also offers a separate building, Rome Hall, which includes ballroom space, a marketplace-dining hall, a game room and a patio. These suites have two bedrooms and one bathroom off a common living area.
Busby Suites
This area is composed of one large U shaped residence hall that can accommodate approximately 450 guests. Each suite has two spacious bedrooms attached by a shared bathroom. This space has beautiful views of campus from the alcoves located on each floor and this area has its own laundry facilities and large comfortable lounge spaces. There is a meeting room on the ground level for larger groups. A game room and volleyball court are also available to conference guests.

These buildings offer a more traditional residence hall ambiance and are well equipped with lounges and laundry facilities. The halls offer shared programs, a large outside patio and some small meeting rooms.
Alumni
The Alumni Quad consists of four separate buildings, each able to accommodate up to 240 guests for a total of up to 950. Each hall has a main floor lounge and a kitchenette. The majority of these rooms are double occupancy with shared bathrooms on every floor.
Northwest
The Northwest complex consists of six separate halls, each housing up to 240 guests for a total of up to 970 for the complex. The halls are more “traditional” in that each floor has a shared bath with rooms in a straight-line layout of double occupancy rooms. Two of the residence halls contain services available to the entire area including a computer lab and game room. The ground floor of each hall offers air-conditioning.
Hale/Ellsworth
These two high-rise halls contain eight floors housing a total of 280 guests per building. The bedrooms are primarily double occupancy with shared bathrooms for the floor. Hale and Ellsworth offer a great view of the UConn campus because of their hilltop location. The halls also offer “Husky” lounges on each ground floor with sofa seating for twenty and a large screen television.

These areas are traditional style residence halls that offer various lounge spaces and laundry facilities. The rooms are typically double occupancy with shared bathrooms for each floor. There are game rooms and computer labs in select locations.
Residence Hall Game Rooms
The game rooms are available for rental. The equipment and activities include pool, ping-pong and foosball tables and dartboards. Some game rooms also include a large screen television and Play Station game systems.
